Separate the parts
Ask whether a quoted price includes the consultation, ongoing care, medication, tests, and delivery. A monthly membership price may be different from the total amount you will pay.
Understand renewal
Check when charges begin, whether there is a minimum term, how prices can change, and what happens if treatment is not prescribed. Keep a copy of the terms you agree to.
Know how to make a change
